Need a place to store your boat and your lake gear?  Included with the purchase is a 12' X 30' garage that can accommodate a 20 foot pontoon with relative ease.  During the summer months the garage is the perfect space to store your boat trailer while your boat is parked at your permanent doc space on Little Pine Lake.

DOCK

Outside Position, 4' - 6' of Water

Each trailer is assigned a dock space.  The space that goes with the trailer is directly out front of the trailer, and on the left outside slip with water that is deep enough to put your motor down, back out and go.  The cost to rent this space each season is ~ $250.

WILDERNESS PARK

Each Resident is an Owner

Most of what you will want to know about the Park is available at www.wildernesspark.org.


You will be an owner of a certain number of shares in the park. Unlike your typical seasonal park where you rent the lot and never build equity there is a chance when you go to sell you will see a return on your investment based on the condition of your trailer and market trends.

Although you are an owner of the park the land is shared, so you, your friends and family are free to walk throughout the park in a respectful manor.

Wilderness park provides additional amenities such as a tennis court, open play area, community bathrooms and showers, wood shop, fish cleaning house and a great boat launch for members only.


There's plenty of upgrades always happening to the park too such as owners adding new units, 50 Amp service for all lots and fiber optic network installation in the local area.  It's also easy to get LTE-level cell service for your favorite device streaming.

Wilderness Park quality is sustained through a Board of individuals who are committed to making WP a great place to be during the summer.  The official months of operation are May 1st through October 31st although when weather permits sometimes you can enjoy the park without water to your trailer as early as sometime in April and as late as sometime in November.  The Board makes this decision and communicates it to the community.
